About Us
The main objective of the Swedish Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Lisbon (CLS) is to promote business for members through activities in accordance with the interchange and mutual knowledge between the Swedish and Portuguese business communities.
CLS assists with information and contacts, promotes and recommends the members in their special fields, organizes activities to meet business people of other Chambers of Commerce and Portuguese business and government representatives in form of business lunches/buffets with or without speakers, seminars and company visits.
Recently, a protocol of cooperation between Sweden and Portugal within the field of long life learning was signed, resulting in an ambitious educational program, Fácila. You can read more about the CLS educational program here.
The Chamber has a close collaboration with the Swedish Embassy and the Swedish Trade Council and organizes events together with the Nordic Club and the SWEA (Swedish Women’s Educational Association) to celebrate Swedish and Portuguese traditions.
CLS is a non-profit organization, currently counting around 100 members.
