From the 1st of July CLS and STC are two separate organisations working in the same office premises where STC is the responsible entity. The CLS is directed by a Board and the continuous work at the secretariat is executed by a part time employee.

Transformed into Chamber of Commerce inaugurated by the Swedish Minister of Commerce and the Portuguese Secretary of State.

Founded as an association by Swedish companies present in Portugal.
