CLS welcomes you to our webinars series about the COVID-19 situation. First up: Enduring the Marathon – How to show positive leadership and support the mental well-being of employees under the COVID-19 pandemic. This webinar will be held in Portuguese.

The current pandemic might be a drawn-out process and many business leaders are now forced to find new ways of working. To help businesses cope with the new changes, this webinar is designed as a forum for the exploration of the current need for the promotion of employee mental well-being and positive leadership.

We will discuss different ways to secure and promote the mental well-being of employees working from home and how to demonstrate positive leadership in times of uncertainty. How do you keep employees feeling safe and motivated to adapt to a world that is becoming progressively more uncertain? And which actions can be taken by management to support the well-being of employees.
