CLS HR Peer meeting #1 2026 at Diaverum

1 May 2026

On April 10th, CLS gathered the HR Peer Group again to dive into one of the most discussed topics at the moment; AI implementation. How should companies apply AI in a secure and impactful way today? The participants shared both challenges and achivements in their journey of incorporating AI in respective company.

This year's HR Peer Group consists of familiar faces from Diaverum, Essity, Ericsson and Securitas while joined by new representatives from IKEA and new CLS-member Boliden Somincor. The session facilitated round-table discussions on AI tools for HR purposes and data privacy. AI is not only implemented to increase efficiency and save time on repetitive tasks but also mentioned as a social responsibility to provide employees with the right knowledge to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.

Diaverum welcomed the group to their clinic in Algés, where they got to learn more about the vital renal care they facilitate for patients with chronic kidney disease. Most patients require dialysis several times per week which means that the clinic becomes very familiar. Diaverum do not only provide renal care but take care of people that face difficult life challenges, such as the consequences of living with chronic and long-term illness.

Following the clinic visit, the discussions carried on regarding AI tools for recruitment and talent management. Key insights from the session were that regardless of their varied sectors, AI is crucial to implement to remain competitive. The challenge is to find a secure way that does to jeopardize data privacy or personal information, considering that HR often handles delicate information.

The HR Peer Group will meet again for the second occasion during the fall.

CLS wants to thank all representatives for generously sharing knowledge among peers, contributing to valuable insights to bring back when returning to respective company.
