On April 17, CLS hosted its annual padel tournament at Zone Pro Padel in Cascais. Together with our sponsors—SkandiaMäklarna, Essity, Volvo, Swissquote, Diaverum, Securitas, and Racket ID—we enjoyed a fantastic day filled with competition, connection, and plenty of sunshine.
This year’s tournament saw record participation and an incredible level of intensity. A total of 44 players arrived early, ready to compete, while even more guests joined later for the lunch and prize ceremony.
From 09:00, players gathered to warm up, mingle, and connect with colleagues, sponsors, and new acquaintances. The tournament officially kicked off at 09:30 with a group stage, followed by a knockout phase featuring four semifinals and four finals to determine the winners.
Some teams entered with strong experience playing together, while others met for the very first time just before stepping onto the court. Regardless, the atmosphere was energetic and inclusive. These health-focused initiatives are highly valued, not only by CLS, but also by participants and sponsors alike.
All sponsors were present throughout the day, represented by teams of varying sizes. They engaged with attendees, shared merchandise, and brought great energy to the event. Each sponsor also represented a prize category, contributing generous awards for the finalists.

At 12:30, everyone gathered for a celebratory lunch followed by the prize ceremony. Thanks to the sponsors’ generous contributions, winners and runners-up received fantastic prizes, and all participants enjoyed a well-stocked CLS goodie bag.
