The second gathering of the CLS HR Peers Meeting took place November 29th, building upon the first session during spring 2024. This initiative by the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce provides a platform for HR professionals to exchange ideas, share challenges, and discuss best practices within the field of Human Resources.
The meeting welcomed participants from eminent Swedish companies, fostering a collaborative environment for meaningful discussions and knowledge sharing.
The main topics of discussion revolved around salary transparency and gender pay equity, how these matters have become increasingly more important in todays recruitment processes and how companies are adjusting to new directives.
