On May 23rd the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce went to the Algarve coast to organize a Dinner & Discuss on the theme: Financial Market Overview and Geopolitical Impact. A successful event that gathered both Swedish and Portuguese individuals and professionals living and acting in Southern Portugal.
A total of 50 participants entered the venue of Pestana Gramacho Club House to enjoy a three-course menu dinner combined with useful information and a Q&A.
The first speaker was Nicholas Laroche, Global Head of Advisory & Asset Allocation at Union Bancaire Privée, providing the latest analysis regarding asset allocation and a financial market overview with geopolitical impact considered. By his side, he had Marcos Milhazes, Managing Director, Union Bancaire Privée Lisbon, who made a short introduction to the newly opened branch of Union Bancaire Privée in Lisbon.
Lombard International Assurance was represented by Rikard Havander, Senior Relationship Manager, and Pedro Martinho Soares, Insurance Agent / Independent Contractor. They provided the guests with an update regarding endowment insurance and their solution for moving abroad or back to Sweden.
The Dinner & Discuss was moderated by Charlotta Mohlén, Secretary General, Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
