CLS welcomes new member, aicep Global Parques, to the community. The company has a history leading all the way back to 1971 with the creation by the Portuguese State of the Gabinete da Área de Sines (GAS).
Aicep Global Parques was established in 2007 through the merger of API (Foreign Investment Agency) and ICEP (Institute for the Promotion of Foreign Trade). As a state-owned company, it specializes in the management and development of business parks in Portugal.

Through the Portugal Site Selection platform, aicep Global Parques also helps identify and promote strategic locations for business establishment and expansion across the country.

Aicep Global Parques work closely with AICEP- Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade of Portugal, directly with foreign Embassies and Chambers of Commerce with Presence in Portugal. But also with local stakeholders such as Municipalities and regions where ZILS and Bluebiz are established. One example is their visit to Sines parque with 20 ambassadors led by the EU Presidential country Denmark on the 15th of October.
Aicep Global Parques decision to join the CLS aligns with their strategic focus on attracting long-term, structural investments from key markets like Sweden. CLS offers a valuable platform to connect with Swedish companies exploring international expansion, and aicep Global Parques aims to use this opportunity to build relationships and promote their key locations, ZILS (Sines) and BlueBiz (Setúbal), as attractive destinations for investment in Portugal.
Through this membership, aicep Global Parques looks forward to strengthening economic ties between Portugal and Sweden while supporting future investment initiatives.
We warmly welcome aicep Global Parques as new member and look forward to our collaboration.
