Based in Belgium, Leaderansa was founded in 2020 by Paulo Pereira, who leveraged his 20 years of experience with multinational corporations to launch the firm. Now, Leaderansa is joining the CLS to expand his network and fortify the ties between Sweden and his homecountry, Portugal.
After two decades in the corporate world, Paulo shifted gears, driven by a long-standing ambition to start his own business. The COVID-19 pandemic provided the pivotal moment to turn that dream into reality. During his time at multinationals, he gained deep insights into both effective and ineffective business practices—knowledge he now uses to help companies thrive. Leaderansa specializes in guiding startups, scale-ups, and SMEs to transform their ideas into tangible results.
